- Location: 124 West Sixth Street, City Hall Dumas, Texas
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours for early voting shall be extended on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 and Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 8:30 am to 8:30 p.m.
- Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to: Kim Rehkopf, Early Voting Clerk, P.O. Box 438, Dumas, Texas 79029. Applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than the close of business on May 2, 2008.
